I went to London today for the first time since the pandemic. It was completely overwhelming and I felt anxious and on edge the whole time... Not to do with Covid really, just the amount of people and the sheer noise of it all. Anyone else had similar feelings?

The short sightedness by some funders is totally baffling. The line 'we can't fund the same project twice' is ridiculous. I have people desperate for our work to continue as it's vital to their ongoing MH 🧠 How can you build longevity & impact when no one supports long term.
