We've had a great morning checking bat boxes and bird ringing at our Charnwood Lodge reserve - all done under licence. So great to get a chance to see wildlife up close 🙂 Pics of Noctule, Robin, Soprano Pip and Goldcrest BTO Leics Bat Group Bat Conservation Trust #wildlife #nature 🦇🐦🦇

Our new children's book #TheLittleChurchBat raised nearly £250 at the Braunston May Fayre! We had plenty of visitors who had come specifically to buy the book. Big thanks to Leics Bat Group for chatting to an amazing 500 visitors with us. batsinchurches.org.uk/2022/05/04/bra…

April is here! Bats have mainly come out of hibernation and are hungry and active, feeding on most nights. They may move between several roost sites and can become torpid (cool and inactive) again when cold. buff.ly/31IcKjy
