I always loved the Raise Up Your Bat, underrated adventure track imo

I just noticed. "IF fountains freed, the Roaring cries." This is the only part of the prophecy that isn't directly stated to happen. The word "if" implies that it's possible for the Roaring to not happen, which might be why Ralsei keeps trying to stop people from causing it.

People only disagree with this take because they’re afraid of change and have gotten used to the automation and lack of engagement in Sonic Team’s 3D games. “Playing 3D Sonic without it sounds awkward” yes because you’ve never played a 3D Sonic designed to *not* have it.
