It’s taken my company IT department three tries and about 12 hours, so far, to upgrade my device. I’ll be carrying two phones for another week because we ran out of time again and my new phone still can’t receive calls but can receive texts, which is the opposite of the old one.

I tried to help a single mom from Nextdoor who didn’t have money for Christmas. She’s a stranger. I bought multiple gifts for each child. I delivered because she doesn’t have a car. She immediately texted me afterwards to thank me. Oops, I mean to ask me to pay her electric bill.

This is the greatest thing I never knew I always needed. Why didn’t Santa ever bring me this? It’s like he doesn’t know me at all.

All someone in the trades has to do to be at the top of the field is follow through on what they said they would do. People will tell everyone “He’s amazing! He did the things! All of them! Best in the biz!” The bar is that low but most still can’t clear it.
