Wolfie’s Hero2 BALAN from Romania, neglected hungry and beaten to near death his keeper dragged him to the side of the road to die. BALAN lay for days waiting for help. It was Balans fighting spirit that sustained him and he now lives out his retirement here in the UK.

Hero3 TOBY was a street dog (supposedly) although we have reports of the dog catchers taking dogs from gardens to make up their fees. Toby was bitten by a snake in the shelter and only a leg amputation saved him. He now lives an idyllic rural lifestyle fit for a Hero in Devon.

Hero4. PAO fell from an apartment window in China fracturing his spine and was left to drag himself around surviving on what he found. Alone in pain thirsty hungry frightened Pao battled to survive. Sadly his fight came to an end just when he had found a loving home in the UK.

Hero 5.Lola originates from Hungary,probably used as a breeding bitch.LOLA had her voice chords cut and suffered repeat untreated eye infections. Cast out and rescued from shelter, she was blind. We had Lolas eyes removed and for the first time in years she was pain free.

HERO 6 ANNA has a story most of us don't want to hear, Anna was raped! At 2.5 years of age this 8kg girl has life changing internal injuries but her thirst for life is undimmed. Safe in the UK now Anna rules the roost Fight on our small heroine, others may have given in.

HERO 7 Oskar lost his rear legs in an accident in the Ukraine. Oskar suffers from paraphimosis and is doubly incontinent. Left outside in sub zero temperatures Oskar was neglected but this brave strong boy picks himself up on his front legs and gets on with life in Wales😍

HERO 8 CHICO. CHICO is a daschund living with his family in Spain when he suffered IDD. This poor boy would have been frightened. His humans took him to be euthanised rather than helped. Chico's future is now secure,but hero 8 only made it ,through the kindness of a vet nurse.😀
