I have never craved anything I haven't tasted. Likewise, craving an encounter with God stems from having tasted his presence. Lucky for us he is omnipresent, meaning he is with us now, not just where we remembered we felt him last.

"Indeed, the very hairs of your head are all numbered." Luke 12:7A NIV Some have said that God is too invasive, too concerned with our lives. This truth reminds me he isn't invasive or intrusive, he's invested. Even your hair captures his attention, how much more your heart?

Growth is realizing every prayer we've prayed has been answered; either with a "Yes" or something better. Maturity is when we can thank God for all of the times the answer wasn't yes.

Joy without praise is a guilty pleasure

God's silence isn't evidence of his absence, it's an opportunity for obedience

Tests are for you to discover what's truest about you. God already knows who you are.
