Hugely saddened to learn that Stewart, formerly Maitre’d and Manager of Joe Allen Restaurant, has died. He ensured that everyone was welcomed and that I always had a glass of bubbles as soon as I sat down. May he rest in peace.

Apparently VANITY FAIR are mulling over putting Melania on its cover. It may be time to cancel my subscription.
