Maybe its the Lebanese Shia that support the Lebanese Forces.

In 1938, the Kataeb Bureau of Social Affairs organized the “Day of the Poor” where free medical and legal services were provided to the lower classes of Beirut, Tripoli, Jounieh, and Zahle. This was one of the first projects of welfare and intercommunal development by the Kataeb.

There's a 270 year old Maronite Church in Bisri, my poor guy😞. That church is part of a larger monastery complex, Deir Mar Moussa Al-Habshi. The monastery itself might have even earlier origins, potentially dating back to the 6th century (according to WorldBank)
