The wealth you’re looking for with faceless channels is not in the shiny new niches you see every day. It’s in the problems of the channel you’ve already built that you avoid solving. Focus.

The new branded channel has only been live for 3 months, with only 10 videos posted. Not a single video above 500,000 views. Already getting sponsorship deals like these. Audience connection is extremely powerful if you know how to leverage it.

These are two branded channels I’m running with similar views. The first one would get hundreds of likes on here because of the AdSense. But people who understand YouTube will look at the subscriber conversion of the second one and immediately know its potential. Only few.

Just hit $100,000 AdSense with one of my partners for our branded channel, not counting sponsorships. Already hit $50,000 this year in just 4,5 months so this is only the beginning. Life-changing ROI for this partner.

Building a Branded channel with Leander Hofkes Update 3: We launched our first video on Saturday (2 days ago) and now have traction! Got 15 subs, all positive comments and it’s still getting pushed out like crazy. I have a really good feeling about this one 🤞

The biggest leverage for beginners on YouTube is understanding outlier theory and pattern recognition. Master that first, then worry about “thumbnail and title psychology”, “storytelling”, or “AI automation”. None of that matters without the right positioning.

A lot of automation gurus on here like to talk about building branded channels, meanwhile most of those channels rely for 100% on AdSense. Congratulations, you’ve just built a slightly higher quality cashcow channel. Not a branded channel.

Almost 20,000 followers on here. - Zero “value” threads in the last 12 months. - Zero engagement farming. Just posting results. What can I say, actions speak louder than words. I will start marketing more after I finish the current sprint I’m in.

How to build an AI-proof faceless YouTube channel: - Introduce a host - Focus on viewer connection - Provide more value through better storytelling and deeper research - Introduce lore for superfans - Become a master at ideation and packaging psychology Simple, not easy.

The power of educational faceless YouTube channels. We started with $261/mo in back-end revenue, but we've now nearly 10x'ed that with small pricing and offer tweaks. And the beautiful thing is that the main product offer and launch strategy have yet to be rolled out.

Here’s what makes a YouTube channel a brand: 1. Strong reputation 2. Videos are perceived as valuable 3. Stands out from competitors 4. Establishes a genuine connection with viewers The first three can already be enough, but your longevity exists in the latter.
