We know HER2+ breast cancer, by definition, responds to anti HER2 tx in the neoadjuvant setting, but do pathologic responses differ based on HER2 IHC status? The answer is a resounding *YES*, with >3x pCR OR in the breast & axilla among HER2 IHC3+ vs IHC2+/ISH+ patients.
