I forgot to tell my 86yo Nan Portsmouth FC was an early KO today as I was away. So when she saw people walking passed her window early in shirts, she managed to google it (I’ve just taught her this), then she found it on her tv to listen to and listened to the whole game 🥹💙 #Pompey

Slow and steady to build distance. Tiny bit of walking. But did walk to warm up and cool down not included on this so did 7.45km overall. Training for GSR is finally on after some medical setbacks😅 Great Run
