...I would actually really enjoy this in a DON'T READ POETRY kind of way. That could be a brilliant time.

The feeling that's refracting through so many things right now: That so much effort is going out, and we're getting so little back in return. (Is that it, guys? Is that the feeling for you?)

So, weird question: Why don't sports announcers have pronunciation crib sheets for their visiting players? I mean, simultaneous interpreters do this, lots of industries do this. It seems obvious? #BlueJays

So this was absolutely one of the more fun poetry commissions/tiny desk poem readings I've ever had. :)
