A1: People need to feel safe in order to feel empowered. Building relationships is an important part of culture and climate. Relationships are key to success. 💜 #OrEdChat

A2: Right now we have to stay focused on what is in our realm of control...things like students having cameras on is not in my control, but I can still engage with students...that I can control 😉 #OrEdChat

A3: I try to listen first and not offer advice...sometimes just listening is what people need 💜 #OrEdChat

A4: I can speak to my building. Our admin team tries to do little things for staff...treats, coffee, lunch...they are also very kind about requests to work at home #OrEdChat

A5: As we move towards hybrid and F2F I'd like to see very specific protocols in place well before we implement either of these options #OrEdChat

A2: It seems like around 3rd or 4th grade is when I noticed students starting to doubt their abilities as artists. I noticed the same thing with writing...hmmmm 🤔 #OrEdChat

A3: I am pretty visually oriented. I like to see things to understand. Doodling, drawing, and Sketchnoting help me focus and understand. #OrEdChat
