The defending state champs will open at home and Owasso. Next 3 college hosted meets before coming back to Tulsa for the conference meet. The third part of the season will be all about team scores at regional and state before heading to the final meet of the season in Texas

The cross country team held a time trial in practice and had great results. Every athlete got faster from last year’s 2 mile time trial which was on the same week, course and conditions. The team’s first real test comes at the Lincoln Mile Season Opener - Saturday August the 17th

UPDATED TRYOUT DATE!! Off season male athletes will try out for track on Monday, August 19th at 7:00 PM at Bishop Kelley. Current football and cross country athletes will tryout upon the conclusion of their seasons.

The girls went up against the defending 6A state champs and the #4 team in the nation and came out with a hard fought, third place finish. The boys went toe to toe with the best boys team in 6A and were only 6 seconds away from 1st (32:25 Piedmont, 32:31 Lincoln)

In the big time atmosphere of a 4 state meet, the girls were the third best team from Oklahoma and the boys were the best team from Oklahoma at the meet. Competing in the 5A/6A division, the meet was also a great opportunity to run against big time competition

At one of the biggest meets in the nation with over 700 boys and nearly 600 girls in the race, against nationally ranked teams, the girls were the 5th best team from Oklahoma and the boys were the 4th best team with many PR’s

With the girls finishing their last 5k until late November, it’s appropriate to look back at the best cross country girls in Lincoln’s history. Four of the girls are on the current roster with Baylee and Tennyson at 1 and 2, Bentley at 4 and Brynlee at 6

Tuesday evening at Holland Hall is your last chance to catch the cross country team in town. The Pinnacle Conference is the best small school XC conference in the state with four #1 ranked teams from 2A to 4A. Boys run at 4:45 PM and girls at 5:15 PM

Against some of the best teams in the state the Lincoln cross country teams win the Pinnacle Conference Championship. The girls go 1st, 2nd and 3rd (Baylee, Bentley, Tennyson) to have the low team score of 24. And the boys put 6 runners in the top 10 to score 25 points

Regional assignments have been released! The boys and girls cross country teams will go to Henryetta next Saturday. Girls will run 2 miles first at 10:45 AM and the boys will run 5k at 11:30 AM. Then the following weekend on November 2nd will be state at Edmond Santa Fe
