Probably finally safe to put this on X. Yesterday we started recruiting (internally) for Advanced Practice AHPs in Frailty and Older Adults rehab. Originally dreamed up this role 2019 and plenty of people said 'not possible'. Looking forward to welcoming people in post in Autumn

Are you an AHP working in a rural or coastal area? We are looking to interview Allied Health Professionals working in rural and coastal areas in England as part of a research study to identify solutions to recruit and retain AHP workforce in these areas. forms.office.com/e/r9qRsbZtKf

How apprenticeships can be rewarding for our staff and our patients.. A perfect example made here by one of our very own CoHo OT Apprentices. Tasked with providing a creative outlet for patients, which was a success! #LCHS #Therapy #communityhospitals

Atleast I know one of my colleagues has had a good Monday. Shame she doesn't work in the same location as me to share 🀭 Some well deserved choccys from another grateful patient from the Adult Community Therapy Team. #ACT #communitytherapy #LCHS
