Hard to believe, but today is the first day of my 4th year as President of Lansing Community College. My family and I are so happy to be back in the great state of Pure Michigan, and I'm the luckiest community college guy in the country to work at this amazing college. [photos: Kevin Fowler]

We had an inspiring meeting with our partners at Grand Valley State today. At the end, I was able to share my family’s pride about one of their founding trustees, Kenneth W. Robinson, a UAW leader who left his mark on West Michigan in a big way. He’d be so proud of GVSU, Philomena Mantella!!!
