Had a good time reading The Atomic Human by Neil Lawrence over the summer. Quite impressive story-telling: in papers we get to the point as quickly as possible, but that's too brusque for a general audience. Instead, Neil Lawrence smoothly weaves his points into fun historical anecdotes
