Don’t listen to the chicken in your head...it would have you forsake your dreams in the name of staying safe and small. Your inner chicken doesn’t give a cluck about your happiness. Choose a new advisor! One that is cheering loudly for your dreams.

When “human” is used as a verb, it puts the onus of responsibility and change and what’s possible where it belongs…on US.

Remember: the only way to deal with our dark side is by shining a light on it and dealing.

No matter how brave you’ve been in the past and how proud of yourself you were, please don’t forget that our inner-chicken, the voice of fear in all of us, often has amnesia. Put your inner-chicken back in its coop and rule your own roost! It’s YOURS, after all.

If we can all have a sense of humor about our dark, we could finally turn the light on it!
