NTSB to hold media briefing at 4:00 pm ET today on its investigation into Tuesday's natural gas pipeline explosion in Youngstown, Ohio. Briefing will be held at Holiday Inn, 7410 South Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44512 (Mahoning East Room).
