Finished up at the gym and came home for breakfast! Feeling stronger already and it’s only been about a week. I can do a higher speed on the treadmill now and I’m not done after the treadmill.

Tomorrow is my rest day from the gym. I can see myself getting stronger. I walked a bit faster today and my heart rate didn’t reach what it did last week at a much lower level. It feels nice seeing this fast progress.
