I’ll say it again — the bond between an athlete and their AT is completely unmatched.

“And they’ll be called athletic trainers” “Because they teach athletes how to lift and train” “No, they’ll be allied healthcare professionals with masters degree” “And they’ll be paid like medical professionals….sir…will they be paid what they’re worth”…

The fact that hospital systems give their employees health insurance plans that only include “in network” benefits for their own system is nothing short of legalized racketeering. Imagine working at McDonald’s and only being able to eat Big Mac’s the entire time you work there🙃

One look at our NATA insta and you’d think ATs only work for the NFL or pro sports. As someone who has always tagged and notified the NATA of state efforts (in two different states), via state PR platforms, nothing ever seems to be supported in the way of a like or repost.
