Huge thanks to everyone who attended yesterday's ADVANCE Seminar! What a great day, with lots of exciting research shared and interesting conversations.

Good to see further evidence of the benefit of social support being protective of #mentalhealth . This is the same across organisations. Resilience does not lie within individuals as much as the bonds between them.

One of our PhD students, Laura Grover , has completed a systematic review and meta-analysis examining the level of perceived social support and associated factors, in combat-exposed ex-military personnel.
