I’m proud to be one of 1,176 letter co-signatories calling on MPs to back the Climate & Nature #CANBill in this week’s private members’ bill ballot. The time for science-led legislation to tackle the climate-nature crisis is now. Ed Miliband Steve Reed MP zerohour.uk/scientist_lett…

27% of carbon emissions come from transport, mostly private cars and freight. But we can't expect people to get out of cars without good alternatives - mobility for jobs, education, health, and a social life is critical. Imagine if this happened in Bristol? Reclaim Our Buses (West of England)

I haven't posted here for a while... but this is so wonderful to see. And clearly connects to my latest research into transformative learning on sustainability in schools. Transport is such a visible reminder of #ClimateAction and why learning on the #SDGs matters. West of England SustainableTransport&ActiveTravel

With great timing during PCSTNetwork #PCST2025 - Sophie Laggan's first author paper is out! Drawing on research from ClairCity and UWE Air Quality and Science Communication Unit, UWE Bristol we explore how public engagement practitioners can support scientists & policymakers link.springer.com/article/10.100…

It was great to present my work on fatalism and climate action in Bougainville, Papua New Guinea, in a session on "Emotions in the transition to a no-carbon society" at the Global Tipping Points conference uni exeter. 1/6
