- growth restriction, prematurity, pre-eclampsia
- steroid exposure (reassuring, inc. body fat, BP etc)
- HCQ exposure (reassuring, inc. for retinopathy)
- aza exposure (small study - ⬆️ infection risk)
- TNFi exposure (reassuring)

Some studies suggest offspring of women with rheumatic disease have higher risk of neurodevelopmental complications BUT:
- absolute risk small
- many confounders (esp. prematurity)
- small studies
