We welcome the news that The Renters' Rights Bill has become law, securing a fairer future for 11 million private renters in England. Landmark legislation will abolish Section 21 ‘no fault’ evictions, ending a practice that has threatened thousands of renters with homelessness.

It's the penultimate day of Walkies, and Imogen has been taking part with her dog Wilbur. She said: "Every time we go into Reading I notice people sitting in the street and it makes me sad that they have no home ... we take what we have for granted, I just want to help them." ❤️
