For the first time in history that 4 major beauty pageants had simultaneously awarded the top prize to a black woman. Today’s beauty standards are evolving beyond Barbie-lite look(light skin)I’m training my girls to become stronger, empowered & confidently beautiful women.

It is crucial that we need to teach these young ladies to embrace and believe in themselves, to be who they are, and to walk heads up high with confidence. We need to train them to express themselves and expose them to become great leaders of today. #womenempowerment
