Basketball officials - The season is near, and the next step in our progression is to attend a Series I Area Meeting. Area meetings are required to be post-season eligible, but being a "requirement" isn't the only reason why officials should attend.

These meetings were developed - and each is intentionally designed - to achieve a more uniform application, understanding, and interpretation of the rules and mechanics of officiating that apply to basketball.
