Tips. Pericardiocentesis for tamponade. If you don’t they will die. Drain enough to preserve hemodynamics. If ectopy you’re in too far- pull back. If you hit the liver it’s a problem for later when the drain comes out. If you hit a coronary artery that is a problem #qldas23
