In this preprint, we report nanobodies capable of binding gallium, indium and bismuth for theranostic applications. Thanks to Pritha Ghosh and Lani Davies from ANU Research School of Chemistry for their tireless efforts. We look forward to future collaborations to further advance this technology.

Today, 35 years ago on 9 November 1989, the Berlin Wall fell—a pivotal event without which I and millions of others would not have had the chance to freely pursue their life goals. A timely reminder that freedom should never be taken for granted.

We had a great group retreat yesterday at the beautiful NSW South Coast! It was also a bittersweet moment as we farewelled our Honours student Sauhta, who recently wrapped up a project on engineered nanobodies ANU Research School of Chemistry. Best wishes for the future Sauhta!
