TL;DR: India wants to end TB in 2025, relying on a last-minute BCG revaccination study at an unprecedented scale, but informed consent seems lacking. In Mumbai, 16k adults received BCG without knowing they were part of a govt study. Over 50 lakh vaccinated across 22 states.
