You may have seen our exhibition, 'Casting Comedy' by Graham Ibbeson, but have you taken a look at his work which we also sell in our shop, here at the City Museum. Why not come and have a look, where you can purchase his work on cards and prints, as well as his book.

🦈 Fierce fossils for sale right now in The Shop @ the City Museum! This one's from an ancient Mako shark that roamed the seas of the Eocene era, 40 to 60 million years ago. The shark was about 10 metres long. Come and visit us to see the size of the tooth! 😲

Last week while the weather had been kind to us, our Museum team decided it would be a good idea to spend time cleaning and weeding the Roman Bathhouse as well as the wery wall With it being part of our heritage We'll now do our best to make sure it's maintained and looked after

This postcard from our collection sent in August 1902 reads - "We are going home today - what wretched weather we have had these last two days - it is fine today when we are leaving." We've all 'enjoyed' wet weekends like this, do you have memories of holidays like this? 🌧😀
