Absolutely horrible what happened to the people on the #submarine however, I can’t help but notice that the #GreeceBoatDisaster in which so far 82 have died and more than 500 are missing is not even receiving half as much media attention.

I only learned that working when ill wasn't normal when I left clinical healthcare. It used to be that if you could stand and walk you were expected on your call and shift. It still is.
The systemic understaffing and accepted overwork of the field is one cause.
