Wake up each day and be grateful. Then remind yourself that your goals and outcomes are determined by your choices. Simple as that. I can either make excuses or do the work and get the results, no in-between.

The higher you climb in leadership, the greater the responsibility, the greater the burden, and the greater the demands. You must have thick skin and a big heart. Leadership is not for the weak. It is for the committed.
