Yesterday I did my first run post breast surgery and had to overcome the nerves of feeling pain. But I was ok, condition still ok thankfully. Good thing as I got 2 races coming up in May & June. The body truly is a remarkable thing ❤️‍🩹

So gutted to hear my friend & Boobette sister Kirsty has died, she was truly one of the best humans. She didn’t lose her battle, she didn’t fight, she died of cancer. Rest in paradise lovely.

Shout out to the c2c Rail driver on the 7.05 for the Marathon Express. Such lovely welcome message to runners & Volunteers included. Thank you Good luck to all the TCS London Marathon runners today. Enjoy every moment. This is what you trained for 🙏🏻💕
