Storytime about being a chipotle worker in Wichita Kansas. It's one certain location. I got hired on November 05, 2024. My first day was November 18,2024 Training was mostly watching the work videos and what not. I worked a little bit but Thanksgiving they were closed.

And I wasn't scheduled but covered shifts for other employees, December comes around I covered shifts and worked my scheduled shift. January rolls around everything still good. A manger in the apps they use asked for someone to come in, I'm already on schedule for 4 pm to 8 pm.

After the evening rush. A couple customers came in Soo I stopped cleaning the line area to make their order, while I'm the only person online I start my monthly. After the customers pay, I go to the guy manager on shift and ask him like can I go to the bathroom that's....

Time I asked, I got done wiping down the line area and I proceeded to ask a second time he said no. So I step in the back and call the manager from the previous shift. She didn't answer, I went to ask a third time and he told me " u can go home"

So he didn't have to tell me twice I took off the apron, clocked out and went and got my employee but I ended up making a report to OSHA. The past couple pay periods I have not worked at all and that's being did intentionally.

To go with my story post here is all my receipts. One thing bout me I don't need to lie, second thing I work another job. Schedules wasn't two weeks advance wen I started but she did schedule early for Christmas/new years and just decided that's what it was moving forward.
