A race in numbers-10km, in fact 11.1km, open water swim: 11.1km in 2h23,04 = 1:17min/100m. 2000 kcal burnt = 400g chocolate. Average heart rate 190 bpm, 1h46 +200 bpm. Max. 216 bpm. Per formula of 220 minus age, I am 4 years old! 1st place overall, 6 min ahead of 2nd and 1st men.
