I am proud to represent an East London constituency where we see diversity as a strength, and where communities include migrants from all around the world.

The violence we are experiencing in the UK is both racist and Islamophobic. These attacks on Muslims and ethnic minority communities must be clearly identified as this, and be condemned by leaders. Anything less than this, will only embolden the far-right and their violence.
