As President of @the_TUC and General Secretary of the Fire Brigades Union I spoke to TUC conference about the Grenfell tragedy. The inquiry that came out last week demonstrated without a doubt that the fire was preventable. That can never be allowed to happen again.

This week our ASLEF delegation is at Trades Union Congress congress in Brighton. We'll be talking about industrial strategy, investing in industry and workers, rail public ownership and delivering the New Deal for Working People.
