Eilidh 🦀 The problem is not due to lack of surgeons. Surgeons want to operate more. The fundamental issue is no theatre space. Consultants only have access to a weekly or fortnightly list. Working in pp theatre does not take them away from theatre in nhs. There is no theatre space in NHS
