DOTD Sec. Joe Donahue joined a host of local & state officials, along with a large crowd, recognizing country music star Lainey Wilson in her hometown of Baskin, LA. A portion of LA 15 was named in her honor, and today was proclaimed “Lainey Wilson Day” in Baskin.
