We’re seeking more operators to 2027 Peter I Island DX-pedition. We have received the landing permit from Norwegian Polar Institute and are negotiating the vessel contract. This DXpedition team will consist of 19 operators, we're currently 10 ops and are seeking four more ops.

Today 3Y0K received the helicopter permit from Norwegian Polar Institute to make landing in the period November 2025 to March 2026. Permit allow us to setup camp at the plateau above Larsøya (South West) with clear take-off to North America to Cape Fie (South East).

We're looking for Bouvet 2025/26 and Peter I 2027 operators. For Peter 1 we're 15 and need another 4 ops. For Bouvet we're 14 ops and need around 6 more. CW/SSB. Email [email protected]

I have uploaded the entire Yemen 7O8AD log to LoTW - 43.000 contacts. In addition we provided families in Yemen with solar panels to those that did not have electricity. They now have lights and cooling during hot summer months. I wish the future will be bright for Yemen!

I'm in Florida watching FRAM2 launch from Kennedy Space center as first human flight orbiting the polar regions! The mission will also include Norways first Astronaut! Fram2 will ferry a crew of four, and part of the crew will join us at 3Y0K Bouvet Island. From SPACE to Bouvet!
