"I got blinded by a business opportunity. Addison, no more. I sold the company and I will be returning to the shop. I realized. . . it was so, so lonely." he let out a sigh as he took a step back, a hopeful gaze towards her. "Will you be able to let me back in your life?"

"I will understand if you cannot, addison. I have made mistakes. I know. And I will try my best to fix them." he gave her a small nod, his hand now rubbing the nape of his neck. he was most definitely nervous. he knew he had hurt her, badly.

"I understand. take all the time you need. you will be able to find me in the workshop." he whispered and gave her a small nod as he made his way to the door.

caius was to run a hand across his face as he left, making his way towards his shop where he had created a small corner where he could sleep. that's also where he could be found the next day.
