On this date, 10 years ago KY State Police Trooper Cameron Ponder was killed in the line of duty. Just 31 years old, the U.S. Navy veteran had dedicated his life to serving others. Today and always, we remember Trooper Ponder’s service, sacrifice and the loved ones left behind.

It was a pleasure to join my friend Scott Jennings to discuss our partnership with President Donald J. Trump to close a loophole letting deadly fentanyl pour across our border. While the Biden Admin ignored warnings, President Trump solved the problem in less than 72 hours.

Today, we celebrated that healing and hope are possible in the face of addiction. It was a privilege to be in Appalachia as part of this musical festival, especially to be introduced by Lawrence County’s own Laid Back Country Picker and Honey!

As Kentucky's chief law officer, I told Gov. Beshear that he can and should sign a death warrant for the murderer who killed two Kentucky officers. Their family has been denied justice for 30 years. It's time to uphold the law and set an execution date. kentucky.com/news/local/cri…

A federal government shutdown would disrupt our economy, threaten public safety, and further erode the people's confidence in public institutions. It's entirely avoidable. Republican AGs call on Congress to pass a clean, short-term continuing resolution.
