A very wet & windy training session last night over Cantonian High School We were joined again by Kyle Garnett - WRU Community - Wrth galon y genedl Hub Officer who delivered more training to our teams. Some great techniques learnt for both players and coaches. Driving forward positive rugby to everyone.
