Tipping culture in the US is out of hand.

I’ve taken some time away from running since ramping up my training. Prioritizing recovery is no longer an option. And I’ve learned that “recovery” means more than “doing nothing.” It’s active, and I’ll need to prioritize it as much as working out.

It's 85 in Austin today. We are so back.

I’m excited for the cooler weather here in Austin. It’s great to be able to walk, run, or just be outside in the afternoon without busting a sweat the second I step outside.

Still running. Pace has picked up quite a bit. (My heart rate here is a bit concerning though. I may want to get that looked at.)

At this point, Facebook only exists to remind me how cringe I was. Keeps me humble.

I’m rewatching How to Make It in America on Max and I still don’t know how this show only lasted two seasons.
