So many exciting things from the SELECT trial & ! But the 1.5% absolute risk reduction from after 3 yrs of use is low for the monthly cost >$1,300.

Hoping Novo Nordisk US 🧪🔬 @novonordisk will ⬇️cost for our pts in most need. Note that majority of pts were also White
