If the Bay Area isn't going to build housing, a reality I'm resigning myself to, we need an industrial policy to get Tech to leave the Bay Area and downgrade Cal/Stanford to commuter schools.

It generates enormous waste to locate productive industries in zero build regions.

The housing crisis is going to accelerate once the offices aren't vacant because some of those workers will bid on SF housing if they have to come here 4 days a week.

So either talk about housing or STFU
