Attended a 3-day Public Sector Management Forum (SERP Project Somalia) on Public Administration Reforms for FGS & FMS, which concluded today in Nairobi. Discussions focused on implementing reforms, including the Pay & Grading Policy, NTP, progress, challenges, and the way forward.

Qabooley is one of 12 local conflicts peacefully resolved through Somali-led dialogue, supported by🇨🇭🇳🇴. With UN Development & UNTMIS, communities reached agreements, shared scarce resources like water & set up peace committees — combining local traditions with a structured approach.
