Last night I spent yet a memorable, and humbling evening, in the company of other Leadership Fellows at Windsor Castle. Did you know that Shakespeare presented a performance of 'Merry Wives of Windsor' to Queen Elizabeth I in the very same room in which we sat last night? Wow!

Deeply saddened by the passing of Wayne. I met him last year and found incredible synergy in our collective journeys and experience in the fire and police services. I remember him as a humble and inspiring leader. My thoughts are with his family, friends and colleagues.
