Nowadays, I'm reading a lot on Determinism in Game Development, I think I will create a small Godot Extension to do Multiplayer, with deterministic lockstep and maybe prediction. This is just so good for multiplayer, just a bit harder to do at the beginning.

A developer told me he’s been feeling burnt out. I told him we’re piloting a new burnout prevention program. He seemed interested. I sent him a survey about burnout. He filled it out. His responses indicated burnout. We fired him this morning. Burnout prevented. Program
